It's 'Suki sugite baka mitai' by Morning Musume. I found one that's subbed,too!!

Not it isn't, it's by a one-shot group in Hello! Project called DEF. DIVA and was released in 2006. You can go and check it if you want. Morning Musume has never sung this song on their own. It's true that the past members of Morning Musume Maki Goto, Rika Ishikawa and Natsumi Abe are in the unit but that's it.
