@baldrick1485 Yes it is! lol The main accents give u a sense of 3... but each 1 out of 3 is subdivided into 3 eighth notes. If u notated it in 3/4 u would then have to subdivide the entire song using triplet eighth notes.
@bbrizzy89 Mate, it;s absolutely 3/4; you waltz with this. Nice tune though. Metronom fails with 9/8. Listen to some Turkish music, and you'll understand.
