It only starts getting ridiculous when going into large quanities. I wouldnt obsess over it and as sarah said, just eat real foods

I had no idea about this, but honestly I not the least bit surprised. It definitely encourages me to stop eating processed foods as much.

Great question Thanks for answering this...wow only 20% that is scary when you get up to the higher fat/carb levels.
