40 CFR Part 85 Sub part F requires certification of aftermarket fuel conversions to avoid violating the anti-tampering provisions in Section 203(a) of the Clean Air Act. EPA considers supplemental fuel systems such as an on-demand supply of hydrogen to be a type of fuel switching. The certification process is very complicated and not inexpensive, and therefore not well suited for a one-of fuel conversion by an individual.
You will likely find may types of fuel conversion kits on the web, including hydrolysis kits. Most all are illegal and our office generally refers these to our Enforcement Office when they are brought to our intention. Vehicle owners who violate the requirements of Part 85 should realize the practical consequences of illegal fuel conversions - they include voiding the OEM warranty coverage for the vehicle if still in effect, and a possible $25,000 fine. Ignorance of the law is no excuse
Hope all is well with you Steve, Missing your videos! Take care mate, Chris.

A 5 liter V8 @ 1,000 RPM, has a cylinder firing 4,000 times a min.
At 2,000 RPM that is 8,000 cylinders firing every minute.
8,000 divided by 60 = 133.333 cylinders firing every second.
HHO @ 2 liters per min. How many bubbles per second is that ?
Don't forget only about 1/2 of them contain Hydrogen, the other
1/2 is Oxygen. That is about 266 bubbles per second, needed
just to get one bubble of Hydrogen into each cylinder
Don't forget to subtract the HP used to make the HHO.

Every time you convert one form of energy into another there is a loss.
1. kinetic energy to electricity = about 20% loss
2. electricity to HHO = more than 50% loss
3. fuel to kinetic energy = about 75% loss
Please explain How can 3 losses can = a gain ?
