The screen turned blue for like 3 hours, and then turned off, and now she can't turn it on. Waste of 500$.. I bought a Dell Inspirion 1525 1 1/2 years ago.Paid $1,200.00.I got the best of everything but i replaced the battery,adapter,hard drive,keyboard and motherboard,all in a year & a half.Now it wouldn't charge so i had to send it back to Dell.I dont know but i think i should get a new one.

If you want to send a picture to your mobile phone just open your pictures and select the picture you want to send and then open it to view it. At this stage just RIGHT click your mouse and then you will see in the drop down menu "SEND TO BLUETOOTH DEVICE". Follow the instructions from there

I had to reformat because it would not start windows, still freezes and i have to close it down and restart at least every very hours. I have the inspiron 1525 in black. the battery is fine i get 2 and a half hours so idk, the fan IS loud but considering the fact that there are so many things worse that could happen..i would look into this computer if your not picky like most of you commenters. i love mine and i wouldn't trade it for the world.

Nice computer, HORRIBLE BATTERY. Full charge...1 hour and 19 minutes. Dell says, that's the best it can do and tries to sell me up on another battery. 1 Hour and 19 minutes with the computer doing nothing except sitting there, Not even a good nite-lite!

The Inspiron products (such as 1525) fan is quite loud even just running firefox browser.. I thought the noisy fan means it would cool down the heat better than other laptops, but I don't think thats the case here.. because for me it seems like it gets hot pretty quick compared to other dell laptops like m150(which doesn't make loud noises).

I don't know if I would get another inspiron next time.. since I had the same experience even with my previous inspiron 1300.

that must be an old version cause the dell inspiron 1525's are not shiny and not available in shiny colour like that.

I have the just gotten the Bubblegum pink one! (Expensive but WORTH IT!) the one showing in this video isn't the 1525 although very similar (because you can't get a shiny one unless you bought one of ebay that someone has replaced with a shiny lid but I wouldn't recommend that...). Every laptop makes a noise randomly, but you don't even notice it. It isn't troublesome and the noise is not very loud that if you were to sneak on it, it wouldn't be heard :D hope this helps, they really are WORTH IT

The screen is just reflective, but it's stunning.
