This mullah should actually issue fatwas against the ISI and the Punjabi establishment who created this mance called 'The Taliban' in the first place, and are using it in Pashtun areas in both Pakistan and Afghanistan. 'Taliban' is a tool by the Punjabi ISI to defame the Pashtun nation and keep them backward. Tahir Qadiri is nothing more but a stooge of the ISI.
