my acura tl's stock system

Listen i have a 04 tl and my system sound like shit. like the amp is not on r something. The bass dont hit hard at its not loud. Somethings not right.

@MrCt302 did you check to see if your subwoofer is turned on from the radio? also u can check to see if all the wires are connected too. the amp is located on the passenger side kick plate its triangle looking itll pull off...also check in the trunk to see if the sub is hooked up too just open the trunk and pull that carpet down under the rear speaker deck area.

@UnderCookedSushi it's pretty good for a 8in free air sub...its real full and rich sounding...you can hear it from outside the car some too. The mids and highs are amazing they can be real loud...but now I have a Orion HCCA 12in in the trunk in a ported box and thats ridiculous

@02narutoshippuden yea and thats like all windows down and the car standing still ya kno? yea man their a real good buy..fast, reliable, and super easy to pick up girls in haha. yea man even if you get a TL with nav its really easy to hook up 12s to it...after running the power wire from the battery to trunk (which is easy), the rest of the wiring is in the trunk. all you need is a Line Out Converter and splice into the stock sub wires and just hook up the rest of the wires and the ground

@nvidea8400gs Yea sure thing man. hahahah yea like it has 2 driver settings...like for driver 1 and driver 2...it can tell the difference by which remote you use to unlock the car...so if someone unlocks it with the other remote it will say "driver 2 detected" and the seats, mirrors, radio station, volume, and xm pre sets will change...even the last temp driver 2 had it on before he/ she got out the car. what it also does is that it will remember how driver 2 drives the car and will adapt itself

Hey man its Gearsbioch1001, we talked a few months back about bein in highschool with TL's lol, if that rattle gets annoying take it to the dealership there was a service bulletin for that they will fix it for free
