This kind of cars exists only for USA reasons: it is the principal market.

Then, Americans have another natural talent: to get a great economy to get this things, to pay for this work made for him by another. And enjoy this cars...

This occurs in a lot of countries, for example Uruguay. The great amount of export-fee, is because the USA imports.

In other hand, this use (taxi) is for cars with less equipment in luxury features.

this car is a great car, but isn`t the same kind of vehicle of maybach, paheton, etc..). It is a high class car, but a normal car, not like that others, much more expensive, and exclusive.

What i wanted to say is the design of this car, isn`t only for Europe: is for Worldwide sales, and the US market is one of the principal to demand it.

If you travel to Berlin, you couldn`t find more A8 than, for example, Los Angeles.

Minor question... wouldn't those screens kinda be safety hazards in a crash. i'm just thinking that getting your head smashed on that screen would probably be more dangerous than smashing your head against the headrest in front. I love the screen size, but i'm just worrying about safety here...I think I like the BMW screens more. They don't take up as much visual space... But it's only my opinion.
