  • It's a proven fact, that lasers can serve as conduits for matter and energy. Lasers can also carry and / or be absorbed by nuclear materials. To achieve this miracle, you'll just need the right machines.

  • The incineration is of micro impurities in the water. The reactor, is the reactive quality of radionuclides when struck by lasers acting as a carrier. Although simply stated there is a certain complexity involved.

  • A DOE rep, years ago, said Laser incineration was a bad idea. Yet someone got a patent on it for medical waste, after I spilled the beans in college. Not the same but similar. I could'nt afford the lawyers get my patent. My publications have my place in history. Incineration only imply's that various specs of impurities are incinerated. The reactor factor tends to ionization / wave transporting radionuclides from the mix, to isolation . Polorizing mass spectrography is an active component.
