@WATSABI0 it's used for making HDR or if you are unsure of the "perfect" exposure you can take a few at different exposures so when you get back to your computer you can look at them more closely and pick the one you like the most.
Yo Greg... I don't currently have any bracketed shots in lightroom and this might explain the problem..There is no photo stacking option that appears in my lightroom menu..Any idea ???
@xboxcrazee Are you in the gallery view in the library? Stacking usually doesn't work in quick collections, make sure you have the folder of images selected. Just because you don't have bracketed photos doesn't mean you can't stack them.
@gregorycazillo Much appreciated... As always, top informative video! I'll forward you link to the facebook photography page where I saw all the HDR images...

@gregorycazillo Wasn't that a film camera?
Wuzzysbrand06 3 months ago
@Wuzzysbrand06 Oops, should have read that better. First Nikon was a D200, I had two Kodak DSLRs before that. Both used Nikkor lenses.

Crap, my D7000 has only 3 brackets.
aizhol 3 months ago
@aizhol huh? Do you mean 3 frames?
gregorycazillo 3 months ago
i don't really get why you would bracket if you don't use it for hdr. i wouldn't call that bracketing but 'guessing' for the right exposure
