I single slab break is easy the 2nd break actuly requires more force but almost anyone can do a single slab with no martial arts training it's all in your head. I want to see 3 slabs and you tell me you break the 2nd or 3 rd without breaking the others!! That is a true break of skill!!!

Please no towels, no padding. I've just been told by another Iron Palm user that this is because Iron Palm does not use any forging, hence why you have to put a towel down? Can we stop handkerchiefs, towels, padding, or maybe everyone can wear a boxing glove in their breaks?
