  • Hi! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my BF got amazing 6 pack abs and lost tons of fat with it.

    You need to be serious about training if you wanna get results

  • No such thing as lower abs, it is one freaking muscle. The only reason a few people may find their abs growing with this is beginner gains. Save your time and do propper ab workout guys

  • Cant you just do both legs at once seems harder like grab something behind you and throw both legs up

  • @mrdimebreezy100 if you grab something behind you, u will be using your abs, but also arms and chest. I guess 1leg compared with 2leg, gives same effects but 1 is more comfortable (its only my opinion)

    Just like doing push ups breathing is very important. When working on abs just like any other when you breath out your muscles are flexing.

    and can cause lower back injury.

  • @TornadoesNMusic Well, he really means that to develop a VISIBLE six-pack, you have to do a combination of those things. These exercises do build core strength, there's no doubting that, but it won't make your abs more visible and defined. That's where cardio and balanced eating comes in. Hope that helps. You can still gain weight while doing all those things, just make sure to replace the nutrients you are using when exercising.

  • Congratulations, this works your hip flexors which do not need to be worked by themselves. There is no such thing as lower and upper abs. The entire six pack is called the rectus abdominus and is worked by bringing the pelvis to the sternum or by bringing the sternum to the pelvis. Rotating the hips does not work your abs...

  • @SillyPutty47 the rectus abdominis is able to contract in different areas without contracting in others. the upper part can contract independently of the lower part and vice versa, so it is possible to exercise them separately. this exercise makes the lowest part (near the pubic symphysis) contract if you raise your hips slightly off the ground while doing it. so yes this does work your lower abs, i know from experience because i can see the lower RA in my pubic area after doing this for weeks.

  • sure jason green ur abs wont show if u have stomach fat but you do have to do ab workouts... they are definitely essential to looking good, having good posture, and maintaining a strong core. holocaust victims had six packs. did they look good tho? i dont think so no offense to anyone about that remark but im just saying. everyone whose six pack looks good needs abdominal exersices

  • Halfway agree. Look at very skinny people who have a very small fat percentage - many of their abs are small and unattractive. Doing abs will give you deeper cuts and make your abs pop out. Saying that, I agree it is a popular misconception doing abs will somehow give you a six-pack. However doing abdominal exercises is a productive way to get the perfect 6-pack@JasonGreen157

  • @JasonGreen157 Actually a person doesn't gain abs at all a person is born with abs. Many people's abs aren't visible because of the belly fat that covers them. Of course doing cardio workouts and eating healthy foods does burn off belly fat which can make your abdominals visible. What abs workout do it strengthen the abdominals and make them bigger and more define.

  • @JasonGreen157 when you do excercises for your abs you will gain abdominal muscle weight and burn the fat of your stomach if you work only your arms you wont burn as much stomach fat but you have to build your other muscles too so that you can still stand upright (back muscles) cause if you only work your front you wont be able to do so :P

    P4P has workout videos, that create a series of intensive fat-burning exercises. Obviously eating right is one of the most important keys to developing Abs, but still, you should try some of their workouts, i have been trying them and they are quite intensive ^^
