Well to start with almost all the aircraft in the video are flyable,excluding the Mig-31 Foxbat and F-16 Falcon.You need patches and downloads for those.But other aircraft are flyble in the game like the Su-25 and the Su-25T,the A-10,etc.With almost infinite weapons combonations.Gr8 game.You should get it.

I you buy LO FC, take the box version because with the downloadble one, you just get 5 Keys. When you have no more activation keys, you'll have to ask ED, but you'll be treated as a liar and a thief whereas you've paied your game. I just bought a new copy of the game because of the fucking Starforce ! Sarforce and ED are big suckers, customers are sheeps, they are the wolfs !

Hey anyone knows the reason?? i have the flaming cliffs, after i installed it, i cant fire anything else than cannons in allied aircraft (F-15 and A-10) Would you have any idea? Even with the missiles selected and locked, when i shoot it still fires cannon.

thy :) that's a awsome comment :) To get those cam angles I use a tweak of the F4 view (can do it with LOCFG) and the F2 view + ctrl escape to change the axe :)

OPEN FALCON 4 if you guys haven't heard of it... is far more realistic than LOCK ON, while the flight models of any aircraft is more accurately worked while it's onboard weapon systems provide the exactly same features as their real aircrafts... not two switches two buttons enter combat... as LOCK ON is prooving and it doesn't even have all the features of every aircraft on it's class...! If you want realism you've got it...! Search for OPEN FALCON 4 and buy it or try torrents if you want.

One more thing... you will not be able to see in any other flight simulators that exist, the realism of missile deployment as well as that would be the mother of all aircraft simulators... The missiles's flight models in OPEN FALCON 4.5 have the most well obtained realism factor, you will see the missile's angle of attack, the realism of the tracking seeker and turning towards the target depending on altitude and distance for it...! P.S. Search for OPEN FALCON 4.5 and download it...last version!

You should configure and use the "trim" which are permanent corrections. You can reset your trim to neutral by pressing ctrl+T

On 1:10 of your movie, how did you get that camera angle?? It was sorta like bouncy and looked really good also how did you get those jets so close and able to have them so so so close to the water?

You change the cam angles ;)

When you are on a F2 view, you can change the axe by pression "shift+Esc"... Then if you wanrt a fly by fly, press ctrl+F3

Yep you can fire IR missile on different target because they are shoot and forget. More specifically, the F-15C can track and shoot multiples targets

I use Freetrack which is a free solution... But not always, I usually use the mouse :-((

1. RTFM.... Read the Fu**** manual

2. Learn with some good tutos like IronHands videos tutos.

A very cheap one :-( I'd like to wrtie I've a X-52 pro or a Cougar but in fact I use the Cyborg Evo with a wire and no forcefeedback... between 15 (with coupons) and 30 euros.

you know the training missions for the F-15 include radar which is like 2 or 3 mission can't remmember exactly, on the Su-27 you have 5 missions total :)) i can't recall exactly how many, cuz it's been a long time since i played it. btw i'm upgrading my PC in a week, and this is probably one of the first games i'm gonna play :)) when i played it before i played it with a ATI 9550 series so absolutely everything was set to LOW! and it still had glitches.

As you probably know, "Kuznetsov" can actually operate as a Battleship and has much wider operating perimeter for the weapons it can fire, which include ground-air,ground-ground missiles. Well i did add a Frigate as a backup! the landing was really tough!! i felt so reliefed after landing on the carrier!

when i played Lock On back in the days, i loved the Su-33. I even made custom missions with carrier type jets, based in the black sea. An american carrier with F-18s'n'F-14s heading on a mission to sunk "Kuznetsov" and Su-33s with the same mission for the "Enterprise", also Tornados flying of from the coast to bomb the "Kuznetsov"

you're really pushing the SU-27 to the limit, very good piloting skills!! keep it up! i really prefer the russian jets, they're much easier to fly and operate, especially the radar! the F-15's radar sucksss.. by the time you lock on to a target the other guy is already firing at you, i won't even start talking bout the cannon aiming, much easier!

I think LO was developped by russians, so russians aircrafts are pretty wel modelized. But the F-15 is a very very good plane. the radar is much more efficient : it provide you the name of your target 'IL78', "Mig-29'etc... Very useful to prevent FF... It also can lockon multiples target which is really cool too.. those planes are different but none is really better than the other, it depends of what you wanna do with it i presume.

yes that's correct! but i meaned the simplisity of the radar on the russian jets! And the whole flying and useing weapons on the Russian jets is easier, you know, you don't have to worry bout much when flying them, plus they're a bit tougher when hitted :P I had to spend hours of training on the radar with the F-15, on the russian jets it tooks minutes, know what i mean. And YEAH, tons of action on that mission :)) i miss it...

P 400 Mhz, 128 Mo de Ram just to fly... gbut I had an athlon XP2200+ at 1.8 Ghz and it was still a little a low config... Now with a core 2 dua E6850, I feel really confortable on LO :)

FC is an addon, you need LO to play. LO provide the planes and fc add the SU-25T and correct a lot of LO bugs :)
