Dude, you are awesome & very informative! I've been using a lot of the stuff that I have learned from to help out with my clients that have mobility issues. Not too mention, every new post you make seems to coincide with issues that I am having with my body. Anyway, thanks for doing what you do & keep the awesome knowledge coming!
These daily posts are like a crash course in functional anatomy and PT. I have learned a ton of useful and interesting stuff from these videos. Thanks so much for this "project".
I used to get these horrible psoas pains on my left. Doc, gave me a whole bunch of crap and eventually it healed from no more squatting. It was definitely caused by man belly squats, I knew it was squats. - I just hurt myself again, any tips on psoas pain besides rest, compression, ice, etc... Those stretched hurt like hell. If I go into handstand and I bend to bridge oh hell it hurts.
Motivated by weaknesses in some yoga poses and some back pain, I was doing online searches for more ab exercises a few years back and kept hearing about core work. Searching deeper was quite a revelation. "I have what's? Where?"
