  • lol you actually think the cash would mean a 1mil. win? fail.

  • that's how scratchers get you..if you noticed that out of every possible prize he happened to win the lowest amount there was.

  • It's called gambling.

Sometimes you win other times you don't.

  • Going out for a beer and a cigarette with your profit?

  • Dude.....be happy you won something!!

  • U sound like my professor. lol

  • A $5 profit. Not bad, man! Haha

  • I bet your heart stopd when you got the cash symbol thinking you won millions then boom you wone 20 bucks lol

  • @ilovemesomechicken my heart went boom then I crossed that room. I only won ten (card cost ten) The state and fed have too much power. they claim it helps education...bulls, it goes to the general fund and they don't have to take out as much for schools. That way millions more for pet projects of personal friends and partners.

  • lucky

  • Man that is sooooo gay...... They made all the prizes $1..... It's a total rip-off... also even if you win $100 dollars or something, you've most likely already spent more than $100 dollars in your lifetime on lotto tickets. People please remember lotto tickets are a business, they are made so the company/state can make money....not so you can have money!

  • you talk like were idoits or somthing

  • @lootingtoday It's something with an e. I was just being like a dummy on purpose.

  • Hey, if one of the prizes is a CASH symbol, and it itself is worth no money, then how can you win ALL 20 prizes if one of the prizes isn't money...strange. If you get a CASH symbol, you would win the other 19 prizes. Oh well.

  • my best one ever was $50 off a 2 dollar ticket. I'd shit my pants if i ever won a mill lol

  • I got 10 non pranked lottery tickets and scratched off 100 bucks, my family was like.... Wow! Anyways, congratulations

  • actually fred rogers was a navy seal!!! look it up in wikipedia.

  • he sticks up his middle finger! :(

  • the VA lottery is much better, they donate all their money to public schools & there's a fair chance to win

  • all of the results are pre- set and they only have a few 1 million dollars! PRE SET!

  • 9 minutes and 31 seconds of ignorance!

  • i signed in jut to say wow... i just invested 10 minutes of my time to you,.. rofl

  • I wonder if you could x-ray those tickets and see which one are the winners without scratching them.

  • sounds like Tbag from prison break lol

  • who knew it took 9 min and 30 sec to scratch a ticket

  • wtf is this the how to scratch a lottery ticket or what your not teaching kids how to scratch tickets we know how they work

  • I'm tired of people bitching about the odds of winning the game someone is going to win, Where else can you have a chance of being a instant millionaire of course the odds are going to be great.

  • if u rely on teh wording on the ticket then u should also rely on the back of that same ticket with again the wording..where it clearly would state "your odds of winning on this ticket is 1 in 3.65"

  • all those millions wouldn't have mattered one bit because the card says you can win "UP TO" 1 million.

  • LOL what a hick that's not 5 dollars that's $500. XD LOL

  • lol fail

  • lol fail

  • I just bought 2 $20 scratch offs, and 1 $3 scratch off and I won $100 :D.

  • dont try to win money consistently, by buying many tickets every day. the odds 4:1 or whatever odds, might be much lower on this card, will come true pretty fast because those are very bad odds. playing roulette its closer to 50/50 (but is not) and it can take some time before it shows, but very often with these cards u lose quickly. buying alot of tickets doesent increase ur chances on winning the big one significantly since they print many millions, so a thousand tickets is not alot.

  • no, the prizepool of the whole game is 47 million, it says right there on the card, so the top price is 1 million. scratch cards with only a million in total prices i have never seen not even here in denmark which is a very small country. btw odds for winning a price on many of those cards are 1:4 so u invest 1000 dollars and statisticly u will win 20% of that. the right way of playing them is to buy just a few on rare occations maybe birthdays and such and HOPE TO GET LUCKY

  • i think he sounds like dr. phil

  • i love ur voice

  • i'm glad you didn't lose. actually, i expected it to be 1 buck. thats all i ever got, so i finally quit however many thousands of dollars later...

  • mr rogers was not a marine in VN or Korea. My dad who is 84y/o and served his country proudly during WWII can attest to this. He was in the USMC 1st Div which landed at Guadacanal and Iwo Jima (The 1st div was no longer and merged with the 2nd div).

  • He's very close to sounding like Mr.Rogers.

  • Thanks for the Mr Rogers compliment. If you look at his biography we find he was one of the bravest toughest Marines of all time. You never saw him wear short sleeves because he was covering all his Tattoo's from WW2 where he was a real hero. I've been living in the south awhile where we talk a little slower and are prone to think all people need to be included in the understanding of the bigger picture. Which is what it is you know. A bigger picture.

  • @artifishal ( I loved Mr.Rogers when i was a kid) he was also a sniper.

by the way artfishal, I also live in the south.

  • @artifishal sorry to correct you but that actually isnt true, mr Rogers went straight fromrr High School into college, earning a BA in music composition in 1951. He went straight into TV work. It was someone else from a kid's show I believe it was captain Kangaroo that was in the Navy and had the tattoos.

  • @artifishal - Bullsheit. Where do you get that tripe? Rogers was never a Marine and was never even in the military. He graduated from High school in 1946 and went right into college getting a degree in music composition then he went to work for NBC. What is true about him is he never smoke nor drank and was a vegetarian his whole life yet he died of stomach cancer. So much for living the clean pure life.

  • @JamesTKirkCobain Yes it was Capt Kangaroo was the war hero. I was wrong about Rogers. Damn it ,that makes twice I've been wrong. I was wrong once in 1967, I believe it was in April.

  • @artifishal this was actually a urban legend.

  • the best way to make a profit off of these is to get a job at a gas station and steal a ticket for free every now and again and then get the cash from it...no you cant do that but hey I want to have a bunch of rolls of them all over my bedroom and I want to scratch them off all day long and play and play and play and play and lose so much money that I have to buy more because that is the only way that I can see of making all of the money back...man out of all of these losing tickets theres winnr

  • are you mad because you actually thought you were going to be rich because of something like winning all the prizes...I love your video and all but I am just sad for you if you were really excited and didnt get what you expected that sucks....but hey...you still have God and he will not rip you off.

  • most all the time when you win more than one prize on a scratch off it is only going to be 1 dollar or 2 dollar or 5 dollar....there has not ever been a ticket that keeps the same numbers as all the rest of the losing numbers and lets you win all of those like 500...1000....400....50....10,000. When you hit something like that expect every prize to be no bigger than the ticket itself...

  • what a crock of shit

  • LOL. some people just dont get the point of GAMBLING. It says that 1million is the TOP prize, therefore one can safely assume that if they are to get the CASH symbol, that there wont be any 1 million dollar prizes, since then the recipient would be winning more than the 1 million dollars. Besides, those big prizes that everyone hopes for are very few, usually like 10 or less for the entire game. the game is still played after all the top prizes are gone anyway.

  • wow haha hes really doesnt get it.

No, you can win 1,000,000 dollars playing the whole game it doesnt say anywhere on the ticket that you can win a million on that card.

  • OH BUT IT DOES SAY THAT

  • @artifishal your paying for a CHANCE to win a million no guarantee

  • Yes, it does say that. Google South Carolina Education Lottery and look up that card on the site. It gives an example of a 1 million dollar winner. They do in fact exist- this man know what he speaks. South Carolina has a few win 1 million tickets. I just bought a Betty Bop ($2) and won ($10) I was shocked man-- the damn things are impossible to win! The lucky 3's the 3's are always in the same spot- giving you a chance to win but you never do.

    Nice Video.

  • i see what your saying, but your comment makes no sense really at all...are you trying to say that getting the symbol does not mean that you win a million because the card does not say that if you get the cash symbol...please re read your comment and tell me what in the heck you are trying to say.

  • it means that there is at least one ticket that has a prize of one million dollars...

  • @gloverage they make more than one top prize for the lottery tickets, well thats how it goes here in ny

  • ummm. notice a say at least....;) cheerio!

  • buy anotherone lol i would

  • I got a 2$ lottery scratcher and got a LUCKY symbol and won the prize.

But guess what it was only a ticket that's bull.

  • great video... i just hope everyone in the US see it

  • Damn huge rip off isn't it :o

  • You wanna win (somewhat) more often, you gotta buy Feeling Lucky, best odds of all according to the SC lottery website (34% chance to get a winner ie ANY prize).

  • good vid :)

  • We are not morons we know how it works

  • but you actually do qualify.

  • Actually, you do with your poor use of Englisg grammar.

  • thats some shit now aint it. its a conspiracy just another easy profit for the government run by us, but we are the ones who it hurts.

  • shut up metal emo shit

  • I won $5 the ticket cost $10

  • Unrelated to interviewing a tennis-playing exchange student from NORWAY in 1990: The day before these comments posted, a brawl at the 2009 Australian Open was first in the news. Defending champ Novak Djokovic, a Serbian, beat Bosnian-born American Amer Delic. Outside the venue, Melbourne Park, broken chairs, plastic bottles and empty food containers remained on the lawn after fracas. About 30 Bosnian & Serbian youth were ejected after police reviewed the fight caught on tape: watch?v=TQD-3r-TMsk

  • If memory serves, the high school exchange student in 1990 was staying with a host family headed by h.s. TENNIS coach MARK WEST (Mark like TARGET; West as opposed to COMMUNIST EAST in post WW II geopolitics). In 2009, Zabasearch.moc shows no MARK WEST in the WICK newspaper town, but elsewhere in the state there's one at: 6527 TAMPICO CT, FAYETTEVILLE, NC & another at 9708 BAILEYWICK RD. The TAMPICO Court address reminds that 40th prez Ronald WILSON Reagan was born in TAMPICO, Illinois: 2/6/11

  • TAMPICO is in WHITEside County, IL, where Morrison is the seat. It's bordered by CLINTON County, which reminds that 42nd prez Bill CLINTON and NATO intervened in 1990s war in Bosnia & HERzeGOvinA. Other towns in WHITEside County: PROPHETstown, UNION Grove, JORDAN (not 2 B confused with Michael JORDAN's UNION County, NC home) & FENTON (like director BAILEY & "101 Rent Boys"-- boy #90 in leather like NFL Carolina Panthers' jersey #90 Julius Peppers from BAILEY, NC), HOPKINS, DEER Grove and uSTICK

  • Speaking of rip offs: I notice the winning evening Pick 3 number for the SC lottery on 1/23/09 was 903. This is fishy because around 6 AM on 1/24, researching the 11/06/98 fire at WAYNE Auto Salvage in NC revealed a quote from Maj. Terry GRANT of the sheriff's department there. Zabasearch.moc showed a listing for a Terry GRANT at 903 NorWAYNE School Rd. in Fremont (WAYNE Co.) & 903 is the common link. 11/6 is the transverse of 6/11, while WAYNE Auto Salvage is located at 1911 US Hwy. 117 Byp.

  • Another Terry GRANT was listed as 1219 MADISON Street in GasTONia, NC. The street address is like the date 12/19, leading to the HBCU theme since both SC State Univ. in ORANGEburg & Winston-Salem State Univ. in NC are 2 of 117 T-shirt recognized HCBUs in the late 1980s--matching the US Hwy. 117 address for WAYNE Auto Salvage. MADISON St. like MADISON, WI, where the SPECTrum Brands' RAYovac is at 601 RAYovac Drive. In NC, 601 is the MARTIN LUTHER KING Drive address for Winston-Salem State Univ.

  • 903 NORWAYne School Rd has NORWAY in the spelling. This, plus the 1911 US Hwy. 117 address for WAYNE Auto Salvage could remind of the May 15, 1990 edition of a WICK Communications newspaper erroneously reporting the age of an intern as 19. Remarkably, standing by the managing editors desk, he was too timid to speak up and correct it to 18. But the publisher had a SC link through Civil War re-enactments in CamDEN. But the interpretation hinges on interviewing an exchange student from NORWAY

  • I really enjoyed the video. I also live in South Carolina, and I have played that card several times. My favorite is Money Maker 2 or Spread the Wealth. I wish you would get a few of the new Price is Right cards and post the videos. Thanks and God bless

  • Finding the $1 million dollar scratch-off winning ticket is like finding a needle in a haystack.

  • fuck lottery tickets
