The real fun starts if you buy Xerox printers and have to try to reach their support department and then have them understand what your problem is. It's hilarious!

But if you need a printer... Go somewhere else!!!

"Bad habit"..you don't imagine how much..For those of you that don't know, your Xerox Technical Support Line is outsourced by IBM..in Bulgaria..

I have worked for IBM Bulgaria..or should I say GDC-IBM..basically a call center..one of many call centers IBM has across Eastern Europe..

the customers complain a lot but they only complain against the weakest side, because the english fluency is not high, etc..let me tell you something for you to have a wider vision:

the place faces a big sex scandal , because the ridiculous old western european managers come here to get sexually involved with the girls and then have their very specific promotions system..

that's why they already needed to replace many of them..it’s a joke..they watch too many gangster and porn movies..

if their own families just imagined the way they are behaving here..

and in fact people in general imagined that companies are coming here to behave like this..thousands lose their jobs there so that these massive companies come here and exploit very qualified people..

more than 90% of the business at this level in Bulgaria is Outsourcing related..people don't imagine the number of companies that come here..IBM is providing a service to Xerox..but on the external e-mails they pretend to be in Dublin.. Xerox has its name completely destroyed because of IBM..

they come here paying 400 euros a month, completely unqualified management..the top manager there, called Joseph Lazarus, I bet IBM discovered him in a shoe shop in Bangladesh..and the portuguese that is the german market manager doesn't even speak english fluently..and in german he knows to say hi..he has completed 9th grade and he's here receiving more than 2000 euros, while the bulgarians that need to answer the phone calls, some have MBA's, get 400..

the attricion level is so high it seems all the young people in Sofia have already worked there..

this is not anonymous. IBM USA is perfectly aware of hundreds of complains.
