On a level.. I seen things sayin this album is shit, heard most of it now on here an im thinkin Wtf was ppl talkin about. Its sick, ppl just expected another Cuban linx but it can't happen like that
This song helped me when i was a knucklehead going thru alot of bullshit as a kid..i broke every bar down, word for word, and did the knowledge to the messege..this is what music is suppose to sound like.
Yoooo just droping by to show love and to let you know a bit about the LETHAL MCZ. We're an up and coming hip hop movement from Miami. We just droped a new remix to Onyx - Last Days called "Final Dayz feat. Marlimar". Open your ears for our 2 cents and let us know what you think. Subscribe and comment WITH feed back. Much Love and God Bless
So ridiculously slept on - this is among the greatest hip-hop albums I've ever heard. At this point in his career, Rae had matured so much as a lyricist, branching out from RZA on the production side was exactly the right move. This album is as deep and introspective as "It Was Written' in my opinion...
I cant believe this this only got 36,531 views....but gucci mane and young money get over a million views....Im 27 and Im glad I got a chance to see rap at its best....
i'm who to this, ruthless from the gibs...national hist..kiss of a dragon from the fist.......clues no foo's within your fields pertain a jewel to succeed.....i shatter cats and wispers..they react savage i'm the fear......so cleary despite the roars of many peers...average human lives only to be 7 in a year....nobody in persuit of a masters..only galactic raps of plaster....young youth in despute of a crew, and gangs war between the wicked and rude......
i love this album the production was incredible. this was underated... at least this still went gold with little airplay and promotion shout out to rae!
I think the only reason people hated on this album is that Rae completely stepped away from the Wu for this one. It has a completely different sound than OB4CL.
Then i look at Pilage and Ying and Yang from Cappa i see same thing. No i got ?uest who for ya all never go down with albums. Whos fans never see risign down skills;) Form me JMT
Thanks for all the comments ya'll. I've been tryin to upload some more songs on youtube but they keep removing the audio due to copyright claims/bullshit.
Rap went downhill after the millennium, this was one of the last decent rap albums to be released before todays hip hop piece of shit went all over marked, wtf is it with people wanting that crap when you have quality tunes like this?
True. Immortal Technique and Jedi Mind Tricks, amongst others, have dropped some classic material in the 21st century. But for the most part it's been wack.
I dunno, I'm just not down with Immortal Technique or Jedi Mind Tricks. I know they might be different, but they remind me of each other and there's just something about each that I don't like.
I only like 'self conscience' by Mobb deep more than this track.
How can the average rappers even survive such quality competition???
I can only determin from the current state or music that average human beings just haven't got the fucking sense to even HEAR the real shit properly. To be honest.. people fucking depress me.

Haunting tune.
It always reminds me of that book, 1982 by George Orwell. Don't ask me why, but i was reading that book and playing this song at the same time.
If you've read the book and hear the chorus on this song you may get what i'm trying to say.
