@tomikgg Human eye doesn't work with frames, so yes, it can recognize the difference between 35fps and 1000fps in certain conditions (such as very fast speeds - on the contrary, you can't see the difference between 1fps and 30fps if the speed of what is happening is low enough, such as 1px/sec). For example, I can see the difference between 60 and 120 fps (and yes, my monitor is 120Hz), so I can very well see the difference between 35 and 1000 too. Maybe not 500 and 1000, but 35 and 1000 sure.
@tomikgg Not me, although I did reply to a quite old comment of yours. What I said, however, is true, and explained in more detail on a website called 100fps.
@MInd2626 True, but with a larger FPS in the source video the frames can be blended in the editor, so they e.g. have motion blur in the final 30fps video. That makes the video seem smoother, as your brain interprets "motion blurred" content as fast moving.
Actually, a lot of people, including me at one point, believe that "Oh, the human eye can't possibly see more than 30-35 fps! Yeah..." No. Wrong. That is completely WRONG. The human eye CAN notice the difference from 30 fps to 120 fps! To try and prove this, certain scientists tested out some U.S. pilots to see whether they could see a image flash by and identify the image for each of themselves. These old myths probably came from people watching old televisions not caring about fps. No joke.
if i had to guess i would say he was running that on a dual core processor with 3 or so gb ram on high as possible specs on a.......XP, that sounds right to me with maybe a directx 10 or 11 capable card
@moareviews Because less action is taking place in the spawn. The more that is on screen the more power it's going to take for your computer to keep up with the surroundings.
You cant tell the diffrence between 70 fps and 100fps. But if you slow down a video with 1000fps down to 30fps the slowmotion looks reallly smooth and not jerky at all.
lol human eye cannot recognise difference between 35fps and 1000fps. Also HD video has 29fps MAX so what is here is 29fps. Btw it seems smooth because of motion blur. Thumb this up if you know what am i talking about.
HOW DO YOU GET IT LIEK THIS?

It's pointless to put more than 30 fps videos on youtube, cause youtube only shows 30 fps. So you can't see more than 30 fps on this video...

You can tell the difference between 30 and 60 easily, any PC gamer he has then go onto a console will be able to tell you that.
