Tim Gunn is a part of a show called "Project Runway". You'd have to do more research on it yourself. But this hack was made for laughs for a group of friends that were addicts to the show.

Requires some editing. There is a program for entering sprites into roms. For me, converting the image so it's better for the rom is some Photoshop work, and then some editing within the program itself.
