  • exercise on stamina and power, without technique

  • They dont cut weight because they are not in warm clothes

  • Only bad part about this is at 8:00 when they zoom right in on Cejudos balls

  • then they go lift. hahaha. thats nuts.

  • One of these guys won a Gold medal in the Olympics they are both training for. Guess which one... That's right, the one who wasn't slacking the whole time.

  • @chade1983 yo hes heavyweight give him a break

  • @chade1983 1. Mocco was a number 1 ranked recruit in 2001 going in as a freshman to Iowa, he's no goddamn slouch. 2. He's cutting from about 310 to get to a fit 285, which is hard for a big guy. 3. This workout was obviously meant for Cejudo, much lighter than Mocco.

  • @MMANewsandReviews Not a slouch, never said he was a slouch and I am well aware of who Steve Mocco is and what he has accomplished. What I said was that he was slacking the whole time, and the guy who wasn't won a gold. Big guys do stuff differently than the little guys, I will give you that, but that still doesn't excuse slacking. And if you watch Mocco's matches in college where he lost, his opponents outworked him and when he got tired, he got out of position and lost.

  • @MMANewsandReviews Mocco was really good for a time. He just never got over the hump and developed into a really great Olympic freestyle wrestler. He was a great college wrestler, I will give him that, but as a freestyle wrester he is world-class but not so elite that you could call him an Olympic champion. Mocco is good at the international level, not great, yet... He may come back, maybe if he trains harder he could reach the top of the heap. I like the guy, I was just sayin

  • Damn! These guys work hard like no other wrestler... I should do this conditioning workout

  • dislike. only 8:40

  • AZ youkno what it is!!!

  • damn, i THOUGHT i was a decent wrestler in my day...now i c i wasnt shit! i just threw up

  • I was a high school wrestler. I went all out at every practice and I was the hardest worker in the room. I've worked so hard, so many times, passing out, throwing up, etc.

I would fucking DIE if i had to do 10 minutes with Brands

  • Best athletes in the world I don't care what anyone says!

  • thumbs up if you've never had one sip of water at practice lol

  • man you shouldnt ever touch those mats with no shirt on, ring worm city

  • what is the sliding called on one leg called?

  • @generalcreation penetration step

  • Damn that was Cejudo!

  • I'm sore just watching this

  • i would do this with 3 sweatshirts on... it blows, but it was worth it.

  • i realize they must have been tired as shit but the other guy (not henry) seemed like he was doggin it big time.

  • @SuperGrooter Isnt that what all heavys do?

  • nobody said wrestling was easy, you can tell by the sweat on the mat that they had just finished drilling, so most of the conditioning they are doing now is a lot harder than it looks, plus they are probably cutting weight, so there doing this with little water and energy, the average person would not be able to do this,..... the average wrestler would.

    I live for this shit!!!

  • @2ducks1quak for the last tournament i lost 12.5 kg i know what u mean

  • @2ducks1quak seeing that that's Henry Cejudo struggling, I wouldn't even say "the average wrestler [could]".... lol. but hell yeah, viva la lucha

  • I think this is olympic training. The big guy is Steven "The Bear" Macco a former Hawkeye. The smaller guy is Cejodo and they are both training for Bejing or Worlds. Brands is the world team coach.

  • This was my b-day

  • henery is a beast

  • a hawk coaching in a devil room?

  • genial dos de mis estrellas favoritas juntas

  • thought steve was with iowa?

  • @dsettleascii mocco transferred to OSU i think.

  • @dsettleascii yeah the heavyweight with them also started at Iowa. They are both Steve and the Hevavyweight are both in the ESPN wrestling documentary on Iowa wrestling. The whole thing is on Youtube if you wanna look it up.

  • @dsettleascii he started at iowa then wound up at oklahoma state

  • @dsettleascii dude mocco graduated from Iowa in like 2001, hes on team USA now

  • extreme

  • I miss training with Terry! At least the crazy side of me does. The normal side of me says "You'll never be a machine like that again"

  • Are you kidding me? We do more intense conditioning at our youth league

  • @ansom09 you are stupid the practice they just did befor hand was prolly harder then you could even emagine

  • @ansom09 hahaha your a fuckin ignorant dipshit. henry cejudo is a gold medalist, he wouldn't do any pussy workouts. besides, any of the brands wouldn't issue a worthless workout, id like to see your "intensely conditioned" wrestlers win a gold medal

  • mocco was comparatively a bust in international after being so dominant in high school.

he was an all time great in hs

  • @eezerik i hate him but id call him an all time great in college 4 time finalist 2 time champ

  • @eezerik my bad 4 time finalist 1 time champ forgot conrad beat him

  • Mocco and Cejudo?

  • Are there any vids on the internet on drills for the foot work like in 1:17?

  • holy shit isn't thats steven mocco?

  • nice man and intense but next time have the camera facing the guy that's not fat so we can actually learn more

  • the fat guy seems to be doing everything wrongly,is he jumping in to motivate henry or what?

  • @billysue2 thats steve mocco, who happens to be one of the best wrestlers in the country

  • @jrwrestling123 well hes still doing everything wrong in this conditioning, probably fatigue

  • @jrwrestling123 really hes not ranked in the top 3 in freestyle

  • @bigbirdgrappler60 i didnt say anything about rankings, or freestyle. i was watching a documentary on iowa wrestling and he went to nationals as a freshman in college, and i thought he wrestled internationally after college but i could be wrong. and i mean he is training with an Olympic wrestler and top notch coach, sooo it's safe to assume hes at least pretty good

  • @jrwrestling123 first of all these guys are training for freestyle in this video hence the reason i brought it up the little guy never wrestled in college mocco was a bust for iowa back to back silvers is bad in hawkeye fans eyes leaving for okie state is even worse winning a title for them well he can burn in hell for all i care

  • @bigbirdgrappler60 very true, and yes cejudo didnt wrestle in college, but went from high school straight to training with team USA and won gold so I don't think his lack of college wrestling is a negative mark. but i think we can still agree mocco is(/was? I dont think he wrestles anymore) a very good wrestler, which was my original point

  • @jrwrestling123 he still does he trains at iowa i believe i'm just pointing out that he has under achieved in some peoples eyes

  • @bigbirdgrappler60 Tom has really over shadowed terry in a way

  • @eskimokid101 tom won an olympic gold terry won a bronze it happens

  • INTENSE
