I never said that you said you created it....and round and round we go. I just happen to know who made it, where it as originally posted and why it was taken down. That being said, it is a great video.
Ive jumpseated in a CRJ and it looked very similar, if not the same as our ERJ's. The rudder moves forward and back (electronically), and the seats move up and down (electronically). And the seat moves forward and back manually like in most cars. All in all the padding on the seats wear off why you have been sitting on it all day. Not necessarily wear off, just you dont feel much padding anymore. :) Wow, thats a lot of information just for a stupid seat. :)

im a junior at ohio university in the flight program. This video was used in a our aviation 390 class which is "airline ops". Great video. thanks for posting it.

Pilot seats definitely have way more room...lack of padding in some makes a few planes uncomfortable, but we have plenty of leg room.
