  • The best Blues!

  • Does anybody know what guitar Clapton used on this album?

  • i had this when it first came out on vinyl, and, then when it came out on disc, i got it then.

  • I love this album, I've had it for for at least 39 yrs, it never gets old.

  • Heh, heh, yesterday I bought this LP! Fantastic!

  • Yep

  • dont worry

  • One of the most beautiful blues I ever heard...

  • 1970年、クラプトンが音頭とった、ハウリン・ウルフ・ロンドンセッション~ハウリンのダミ声が吠え、好調クラプトン、控えめヒューバー・サムリン~イイアルバム

  • This is just fantastic! Wolf's voice is great here and the instrumentation is phenomenal.

  • Howlin Wolf the London Sessions w/ Eric Clapton, Stevie Winwood, Bill Wyman, and Charlie Watts...

  • tail dragger!

  • !!que voz!!! y ni que hablar de los super musicos con que se hace acompañar este señoron

  • all who love chester put it down brothers this is pure raw blues

  • no way joewalshman96 how could some clown dislike this, pure down south delta blues, magic joe magic.

  • blues with a dash of everything, pure magic, howlin wolf meet me at the bank of the beautiful river when my journey has end, thank you arthur for the memories.

  • God Damn it we cant win. 1 dislike, go to hell. Now that I think about it that one dislike might have been Wolf himself

  • Someone please define me.

I love this version more than Cream. One of the reason is I feel it is easier to transcribe (or interpret?) to be played with acoustic guitar. Do you agree?

    Thank you.

  • what was the name of that album?and who's playing on it?

  • his voice here is simply one of his bests. i didn't expect this from the " london sessions" cause i know howlin didn't like too much to play with " that hipster sound".

so i didn't ever listened too much his " more rock" recordings.

    well, i did bad.

this is just great, truly felt by him and sung in a magnificent way.

hats off to the Wolf ( as always)

  • Carl Perkins have recorded it in 1958

  • Epic.

  • "And now she's gone, but I don't worry,

Because I'm sittin' on the top of the world..."

    Priceless.

  • @kojocel What a tune!
