you've got some sick grooves bro! I agree with your views on not using a pick, fingers are better in every way, you get a bassier sound and you can use so many other techniques like slapping theres and theres a lack of feel with a pick

yo, i never seen Robert with Infectious, but i saw them with metallica yesterday and it was badass. The new album is said to alot of Robert and he has done alot in it than Jason has over his whole career. do you think Robert may make a difference in Metallica? btw, great bass work. i actually tried funk on the guitar before moving into Progressive/Thrash Metal stuff.

well i don't really know, i respect metallica but i'm not a great fan. i think that bassplayers in metallica found "importance?" only in solos, even cliff burton didn't wrote really good lines in metallica, and he was really talented, we'll only have to wait and listen!
