Justin is a beast! He can pretty much do any genre. Napalm Death, Jesu, Godflesh, Final, Pale Sketcher, God, Ice, Head of David. Techno Animal. It's all good :)
If people smoked marijuana not just for social circumstances and trying to prove something to everybody, alone...with no distractions, let their mind go and look within themselves with JESU playing, I bet the world would be more of an accepting place, people would wake up. There would be no more need to control everything.
JesusInShorts, you really get the point I think :) Because I agree with you. This music can only be made with pain in your mind. But it's done in such a wonderful manner, it is embracing the pain. In this period of year, dark, rainy, cold when I walk outside, under my hoodie listening to this track, everything makes sense. Yes this world is crap, yes people suck, society sucks, but I love to hate it. Master of soundscape, JKB.
To JordiSmulders... Amen. Your words are beautiful and resound with pure truth. Just remember, it's up to the individual what they make of the life given to them. A butterflies wings can cause a tornado... Amor fati my friend- love your fate, leave society behind you and strive for what inspires you in life. :) All the best!!
Stunning. Music like this helps me to realise that part of myself that society tries to eliminate with distractions/social conditioning. If society had it's way we'd all be listening to James Blunt and Girls Aloud. If music like this is the least popular in the world(which it is) then that says alot about the music industry.......and retards in general. Harsh but fair.
@JesusInShorts Music is all about opinion, don't think you're better than someone else because of what you enjoy listening to. Sure it's fucking amazing but please quit with the elitist attitude.
@SirSplosher They're right though. You can't look at the mainstream music industry and tell me it's not in a pathetic state. Nothing wrong with telling it like it is.
this is the kind of music i've been looking for for a long, long time. I can't believe i used to think metallica was the greatest band ever to walk the earth.
@ktboardhead you know you don't have to judge yourself for taking metallica as a prime passion;it was a chapter of your evolution;just like it happens to all of us;expermimentation allows development;motion brings changes;that the whole function of our course in this lifetime

It would be a healing force.

sweet song, at first sounds like a bunch of random noises but then you hear the badass melody underneath it.
How the hell do you write this kind of music??

It's hard to think the man behind this music was once in a band called "Napalm Death". They're both great bands, but they're so different.
almightyjoey 3 years ago 2
You're thinking of Mick Harris and Scorn...this guy used to do Godflesh....
peteyoferic 2 years ago
Yeah, he did. But he was also in Napalm Death between '85 and '86. He was the vocalist and guitarist on the A side of "Scum".
almightyjoey 2 years ago 7
Ah, I did not know that. Thanks
