I agree with you 100%, but the problem is the rich want to get richer and don't care about what they leave behind when they pass away and now our chidren have to deal with thier carelessness and pick up the mess they left. The Bush administration is the beginning of the end. He protected his money and lined his pockets the whole 8 years he was in office. It was all about the oil, he even had gas prices raised months before he left office, collecting on his retirement. 9-11 was an inside job.
The point is the problem is that it is expensive to change one's ways. Change requires new shipping contacts, new machines, old machines need to be removed, research and development engineers cost money, etc. It is much cheaper to keep things the same.
I have been also saying they should have onSite Greenhouses so we do't have to get produce from anoher country and end up with the Swine Flu or other Desesis, why spend extra money on shipping prduce on a boat to truck to store, or from truck to store. This country was built off of pushing the envelope, now we are all suffering.
I also say instead of cutting jobs, close all unimportant big buisnesss on Sundays. They would save money and save the enviornment, and more people would have jobs.
Well I think that the Sunchips folks wanted to find a group of 5th graders to look good. I haven't see the 7 finalists, but I bet I'm pretty darn close. In other words so much of the world is about looking good rather than solutions.
