At first the pills weren't even going to be researched, due to a certain female supremest group, who lobbied for the money to be spent on breast cancer research. Eventually, Brazil came out with what is more or less the current formula. That pill is available in some countries; but, most western ones have it outlawed. They didn't pass the FDA test here in America, unfortunately. A lot of countries arrogantly underestimate Brazilian science, which in a lot of fields is often top notch.
