Hi there, I've had the same issues with mine. I don't think the range of the transmitter/receiver is that great. I tried some range tests on the ground and it started to get patchy at around the distance you are having issues in the vid. I've had lots of nice flights though keeping it reasonably close.

But for that price you can't beat the fun you get out of it.

i had the same problems with my sonic 185

but apparently it helps if you put heavy rechargeable batteries in the remote

(like 2500mah)

and you should tie the antenna of the receiver to the fuselage of the plane with some fine copperwire

just wrap some wire or aluminium foil around it and you'll notice a huge difference

Allready replaced the battery with Flightpower one, more power mwahahahahaaaaaa... :D
