Thank you, 13RACERX! It's my home track too :) I've been going there since I was a kid back in the 70's. I take my boys there now...they love it too :)
Glad you enjoyed the video! It was an excellent show!
Thank you, sonicreation! I was invited into the pit by one of the owner's of 'Sharky's Machine', they let me roam freely with my camera, it made for a great day of filming!!
Thanks, captain! I'm glad that you liked the camera work & sounds. I was invited into the pits by one of the car owners..they were very tolerant of me climbing over their cars with my camera..it made for a great day of filming!
Thanks man!! Yep...old 70's Vega, I think it used to belong to your dad..lol ;) But seriously..that Vega was built in the late 70's, but never ran. The current owners (the Horvath family) found it in a barn in1980..they were the first to put it on the track.
4:28 I had to leave that shot in there, I thought it was pretty funny ;)
Thank you, Michael, I'm glad you noticed the time and thought that I put into the camera work...made my day! The owners and crew of 'Sharky's Machine' actually let me crawl inside of their car for some close up shots...now that was cool! I felt like a camera man from ESPN ;)
4:28..I thought that was funny, I had to leave that shot in ;)
Closing shot..a reflection of my son and I in a hub cap.
Lots of care going into this; it is very evident that you filmed every shot with quality in mind (very interesting closing shot). 4:28-the universal "Ooh, dag, I'm in your shot!" reaction. I'm amazed your efficiency is so high can edit so much footage together so fast. A great weekend out.
great video thats our home track !!

Thanks, h23! I made that shot for a mirror effect that I was going to do, but I decided to leave it the way it was. ( it was strange enough ) ;)
