The cheapest (good) one I found was the Freediving Monofin Dolphin, which was 99 euros. You can buy them cheaper but expect crap.

to stay under the water better, let out a breath instead of holding one in. you become less bouyant so : no floating upwards ! where can you buy monofins ??
