Greetings! Thank You! Here in the northeast New England area we have several opportunities for long range shooting, War of the Roses, (NY) Northern Region War Camp, (NY) Lost Tip (VT) to name a few. I feel the Lost Tip event in VT is the best all around archery event, held every Sept. They have a great video here on youtube. Type in Lost Tip to see.

nice video, I haven't done a lot of shooting at 40 yds, the SCA events I go to tend to shoot mostly 20 or 30 yds, sometimes difficult to find an area that will let you do the long distance shots.
