@sbhministry idk if you are still there, but if you lay aluminum metal sheets around the inside and an iron or thicker aluminum sheet and spray paint it black you can get the oven to a good 350 or higher on a sunny day like that. for about 10 bucks more. well atleast thats the price in the united states, i don't know about if you can get your hand on cheap products like that down there though.

Great oven! If you would actually paint it inside with non toxic flat black acrylic paint you will boost the temps more, possibly, reaching 350. Hope you do more posting of you cooking in this oven!
