  • Theyre singing flat

  • úúúúúúúú I love the drums at 1:35 : )

  • Wow, great series of live videos from Munich! I am really surprised that John starts off and carries the signature riffs of this song on the D, C and G chords, that I always attributed to George. George did a great job on the solo though, per usual. Really cool. Always loved this song.

  • really sounds horrible, but who cares? i mean the sound technology was crap

  • Thats the guitar john fell in love with --he had it refinished to blonde & taking off the pickgaurd--he uses it on the roof top concert ect.. george has one to but the tailpeice is different --bigsby i think --they were sent to the beatles from gibson==--gibson epiphone --sheraton guitar

  • @rollingstopp Good eye, never noticed George's had the Bigsby whammy bar, John's is the std. trapeze tailpiece. Paul also got a 3rd one of these himself, which I saw on a PBS special, he still has it. For the record, these are the Epiphone Casino model, which has P-90 pickups. The more expensive Gibson version is the ES-330. The Epiphone Sheraton is akin to a fancy inlaid Gibson ES-335 with humbucker pickups, not the single coil P-90s on the Casino. These give the Casino their distinctive sound.

  • @rollingstopp In addition to my comments on the Casino below, it is a fairly hollow guitar with no extended center wood block like the ES-335/Sheraton inside under the pickups. The wood blocking is only under the Bridge area, so it has a more open & acoustic sound from the open interior of the body. This works well with the single coil pickups, you get depth/fullness from the body with brightness/bite to boot from the P-90s. These are the "dog ear" type, versus the more common "soap bar" P-90s.

  • 1:52 guy in background to the left of Paul, "Hee-hauuu" -Sam Wainwright, A Wonderful Life

  • they never knew how to finish it

  • 1:04 look at John's cute smile ! ooh, I love him <3

  • john is super high : }

  • 1:34 Paul looks like he's instructing Ringo.

  • @bio49410 ringo famously needed help ! In an interview John was asked "But ringo isnt the best drummer in the world is he ?" To which he replied "Ringo isnt even the best drummer in the Beatles!!" Point is he was a mate and and they wouldnt let a mate down .

  • Primitive? It's rock and roll. Bars, garages, roof tops

  • This video went viral on Slovenia

  • This video really shows how primitive the live staging was then for a rock band.

  • @The1993HondaAccord Tell me about it, it's all black and white

  • @The1993HondaAccord it could be primitive but their gig had something that no technology can make, they had talent!

  • Great ! !

    All I want is a "Time Machine"now !

  • @megu2180 if you get one take me with you

  • as usual, lennon forgetting the lyrics!! lol!!

  • Fucked up Microphones.

  • John is hotttttttt! ♥

  • wait what did john say "feeling dank" at 0:08? :-O!!

  • @noaloha69 he says "Vielen Dank" (its german and mean thanks). He knows german language because they played 1962 some month in Hamburg

  • She SAID SO!

  • The girl at the end is at least a bit more dignified than most girls recorded at Beatles concerts. At least she doesn't look like she's about to have an orgasm.

  • who du fucks dylan if u dont tlike the beatles than go listen to dylan whoever the fuck he is

  • this makes me cry....

  • @bongMcCoy Why??

  • @sdm84 were you there? nether was i...:(

  • @bongMcCoy wish I was, but I was only 4.

  • dylan's 1966 tour of england blew this crap off the map...

  • Turn John's mic up now!

  • FUCKING MICROPHONES

  • 1:03 - 1:06 Dónde está esa foto? :O

  • HAHAHAHA "I'm in love with meee and I feel fine!"

  • even when they mess up... there still better than bebier

  • I heard some mistakes here and there lol but who cares!!

  • I feel Fine!!!!!!

  • This concert was not well-organized... guitars needed to be tuned at the beginning, mics were not working and were bad-set.... but the beatles fixed all the problems!!!! XD

  • John needed to be turned up.

  • @ViolentBunnies,

6 people hit their heads, more like XD

  • haha they fucked up the lyrics ... but it's okay because it's their song

  • i love the george head thing ... there's an example at 0:55

  • ATTENTION ALL JOHN LENNON FANS

    Lets help John!

  • I like this version of I Feel Fine, with the electric guitars it has more of a hard rock feel to it, pretty cool

  • Haha them moving the mike over in the beginning

  • john is really high : )

  • the picture quality on this is amazing!

  • i <3 george's little head moves :)

  • It's nice to see John with that smile just enjoying himself and spreading a good vibe before he came to see himself as some sort of sage.

  • the crowd was right on top of them.what a great way to watch a concert.

  • The amps are vox 4120 and 7120. They only used them on this tour

  • Wow

  • 1:49 the guy in the back o.0

  • Paul at 1:28 :D

  • I would think why the people have dislike this is maybe the sound is not that great. At times you hardly hear John.

  • 0:29 the helped the girl in the back invent headbanging

  • Anyone know what amps they are using here?

  • @benglee14 I think they're using a Vox 730.

  • 6 ppl dont feel fine.

  • ooh! I love this song so much!

  • 0:08 and 0:13 George speaks German, yey! (-:

  • John always makes a mistake at "She's in love with me" or "I'm in love with her"....

  • They are great composers but their singing, what happened here¨¿?

  • Whoes all those " stuffed white shirts " at 1:14 in the video ? Must be security as they dont move much !

  • this is real music...

btw george are the sexiest man ever<33

  • Thanks so much for posting this; I've never seen this footage look so good.

  • Lennon is messed up!>!

  • john was a really good looking guy during this period, more so than he was before or after. everything was just the right combination or something

  • the beatles for ever

  • Rock legends no doubt.

  • grande Ringo sei er meglioooo

  • F'ing Stellar!!!!

  • What a tremendous video THANK YOU

  • And to think, they were just 3-4 months away from recording "Strawberry Fields".

  • 4 people don't feel fine.

  • @ViolentBunnies now it's 7

  • @ViolentBunnies make that 7

  • my god, we need the beatles now!

  • Absolutely outstanding.

  • John poses for a fan's camera at 2:08.

  • They were so good, despite the screaming crowds they could still stay in rythmn...THE BEST OF ALLTIME!!!

  • Their music stands above any musical artists of our time/// simply phenomenal!!!

  • those Casinos sound so good

  • Love this.

  • what the hell are all those people doing on the stage area?

  • The Beatles were more than incredibly inspired and talented musicians - they were prophets. Search "Truth Contest" in Google and click the 1st result, then open The Present and read the section about The Beatles. Pass this on to every Beatles fan you know.

  • @MikeLovesChoppers ......Yeah, I agree, 1966 was the last of the "fab four" era so to speak. The moptop/matching suits image was retired for a new, more grown up beatles lyrics, image and all.

  • Are the mics, like, broken or something?

  • those germans in the back are rockin' out like crazy :-)

  • @kristofvanzeir ...so so funny.....I assume you're talking about the crowd controlers.

  • how can anyone dislike this pure music .

  • hahaha they messed up the first im in lover with her haha i love them there just having a good time

  • Perfection, man!!! Sounds ooosoooooo good! Doesn't get any better than this!

  • paul's loveing ringo's druming. 1:34

  • The greatest rock single of all time!

  • The greatest rock single of all-time!

  • Haha, it's just too funny when they all disagree whether the lyrics are "I'm in love with her and I feel fine" or "She's in love with me and I feel fine" :D They screw that up at 00:38 and I've also seen them do it at other performances.

  • The band behind them is crapping themselves!!! "HOW THE HELL DO YOU FOLLOW THAT"!!!!!!

  • yeah it must have been hard to sing with no monitors and everyone screaming! XD you would not be able to hear yourself!!

  • Paul playing the Hofner with his fingers is a special treat for the bass fan !

  • Ringo has a great reputation among drummers and notice during the intro riff how he really seems to be involved and having a blast doing his part.

  • You're right mrzoomhead but I really miss the thin, funky sound of John's Rick and the glassy sound of George's Gretsch on this. I am glad they gave Epiphone a boost right about then.

  • Yes, you guys are right about the guitar playing. John's rhythm was raw and driving and he could soften up and finger pick very competently as well. He came up with this riff. George, of course, was a master of taste and touch. Paul has always been a superb guitar player in addition to his considerable skills on drums and bass. And yes, Ringo was and is an outstanding drummer. What a crew!

  • 1:18 HOLYFUCK RINGO.

  • Nae danger is this 66.

  • Ringo is an amazing drummer... look at his fill at 1:18

  • She's in love with her and I feel fine.....lol

  • @TheMJtheGOD obviously you dont know good music when you hear it.

  • Wow, cool German :D

  • This is the best live version of "I Feel Fine" because it's hard to play live like this when the females, in the audience, are screaming so loud...which is why, believe it or not, the Beatles gave up on live performances with a "live audience" during 1966...Dan Nealon

  • Look the headbanger girl at 0:30s.

  • You know it's a rock concert when the stage backdrop is the staff from IBM.

  • John was more interested in being cool; and he was the coolest one in this vid!

  • like this if you are a teen and you KNOW what good music is... like the beatles.

  • @catexlovely the first good comment looking for thumbs up

  • John Paul George and Ringo were hot!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D OMG I love John's look in 1966!!!!!!!! please find for me John;s copy!

  • John Lennon was a much better guitarist than most people seemed to realize... he played the opening riff (0:22) and then George joined him -- same when they were coming out of George's solo and back into the song (1:29)...

  • i believe john is high : ]

  • great performance but of course it's THE BEATLES : ]

  • God, these poor guys...obviously sick of this song and sick of playing live to screaming idiots while their current record contains horns and orchestras and lyrics meant to be listened to, not screamed at. They look thrilled, don't they? :)

  • @SlappyFrankenstein Sick of this song? No, I don't believe that. I've never heard they were ever sick of one of their songs. Why would they. The rest of the world isn't.

  • I didn't realize John joins George playing the lea riff.

  • Ringo was quite a rock drummer for 1966

  • Lennon was one cool mofo.

  • haha.. girl behind ringo at 0:27

  • THE BEST BAND EVER!

  • my liver aches

  • Paul's vocal sucked donkey balls. 1:06 to 1:07 John makes an irritated gesture towards Paul's lame-ass harmony vocal. See it?

  • It's kinda hard to believe that just months latter they would be in the studio working on songs like Strawberry Fields Forever, Penny Lane, Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds, and A Day in the Life.

  • @nnnnnnnp yep, and paul would be dead.....

  • I'm Speechless!!!

  • George speaking German <3333333

  • The song is great, but they really couldn't do any of these later songs live. Anyone else notice how often they messed up the lyrics? John's voice doesn't sound as awesome as it usually does either.

  • @MacWillyFortunes They did amazing considering they probably couldn't even hear themselves.

  • @TheSteware I suppose. They couldn't hear anything at Shea Stadium, but I think they sounded great there.

  • I feel fine

  • i'm just so jealous of all the people there... i'd be singing my head off

  • i love ringo's druming in this song

  • hahaha, lolz @ the dad in the background @ 1:51...

  • How lucky are those kids, seeing the fucking Beatles LIVE! Man, that's history right in front of you.

  • i love how paul bangs his hands between 1:30 and 1:37

  • poor Paul & George in the beginning. Whoever set up the mics probably didn't know how the guys were using them.

  • well if you see the song 'Rock n Roll Music' from the same show, you will see that Paul himself placed the mic there in the start maybe because backing vocals weren't really needed in that particular song! But I guess things went little bit wrong in this song lol!

  • I love John's appearance the most in 1966! Damn HOT, and I'm not a gay! :P

  • But you're kreeeeeepyy!

  • lol how am I supposed to reply that?

  • @kreeepyy sounds like you ARE a GAY SHITSTABBER!!!

  • @dazzini82 better stay away from me then! I might fuck your filthy ass real hard!

  • @kreeepyy FUCKING BENDER!!!

  • @dazzini82 Grow up fucktard!

  • @kreeepyy, ok. "almost" gay. Do not worry, we accept you.

  • wow..John play lead guitar..

  • What a dreadfull stage condition! Horrible sound, crowded stage...

Today, no one would agree to perform in a mess like this.

    But The Beatles did.

  • @mgmello picky

  • great quality..... So good

  • Paul's harmony makes it - No wonder he's still out there kicking ass - Was the leader of the Beatles IMHO.

  • Paul may have been the leader of The Beatles IYHO, but if there was a leader, it was John.
