Tip the glass at much more of an angle and pour slowly. The key to not getting head in your beer is in the pour. Make sure you don't pour it fast or violently.
@ProjectCarTV You want head, heads not a bad thing whatsoever, it's just that you don't want THAT much head because you lose carbonation when you pour it aggressively like you have seen in this video. A nice head gives more appeal, as well as giving a nice creamy taste/feel when drinking.
