isnt it just obvious to start with the smallest weight and work your way up? even if u are a fitness junkie... because if its a heavy kettlebell you can do the exercize wrong and get injured, start small and you cant go wrong ;)
@aleb110 it okay!!! you can use a dumbbell or they are sold at walmart, kmart, target, marshalls and online!! They're also found in most gyms. if not, use a book or dumbbell. xxo
