Why waste your money on that when you can eat Natural foods with bulk amounts of protein in them? Don't get dragged in by gimmicky labels. Research your food. If you don't have the time to eat food on occasions, that's when protein is good because it's fast and can help with just about no preparation. No where near as good as fresh fish, chicken etc though.

@narcis4none I absolutely agree.Oats and barley for carbs.Healthy fats.Fiber.Protein blend.Quality calories.Just over 500 calories with water but it makes you feel comfortably full.Very,very few people need 1000+ calories in one meal.Even to gain mass.

MHP Up Your Mass really is the best. I have yet to see a product that comes close.
