Whatever man. It's UGLY vanadalism at best, and it's gang activity at worst. Even if it's being done by just some punkass "tagger," the activity mimics gang behavior ... "taggers" and "tagging" should be assumed to be violent criminals unless proven to just be reckless vandals.
