I'm Brazilian. Slavery ended in Brazil in 1888 (123 YEARS AGO) and since then Brazil NEVER had any SEGREGATION LAWS. There was never a K.K.K and there are plenty of Black mayors in Brazil. Roughly half the population of Brazil is mulatto. If slavery was abolished only as recently as 1988 (as you claim), there would not likely be such a large segment of the population that is mixed-race. That is only one of the many flaws I found in your piece.

NO BLACKS! the poor areas had all the dark skinned people. there have been BLACK UNIVERSITIES in the u.s.a. since the 1800's.

Slavery was not abolished in 1988, but 1888 in Brazil. That is a fact.

I stopped at 1:59. She said slavery was abolished in 1988 in Brazil and that she's only 21 and it was abolished a YEAR before she was born? If she is 21 then she is in college. What college could she attend that would have such misinformation? I hope this was not for a class. I'm sure even wikipedia says 1888!! I feel embarrassed for her. She should take this video down!
