This the second time I've been contacted regarding my comment. It's not Dave Edmunds is it ? I met him once. At the time he was one of my hero's. I found him extremely arrogant and sarcastic. It was back stage at a concert at The Venue in Victoria London My uncle was his minder. If he spoke to me like that now I'd humiliate him. But at the time I was young and because of my Uncle I didn't want cause any problems for him. I wouldn't have any qualms about that now. I can't remember what was said.

I'm guessing but it does look like there is a cable going into it and weirdly what looks like a small mic pointing towards the bridge, maybe a Piezo mic perhaps?. Dave's Tele there are two cables one in the normal position but also a cable connected into the black thingy. Fender make a Deluxe Power Stratocaster which uses a piezo mic + HSS

That accordion ain't no random addition. Listen to Johnnie Allen's REAL Cajun version of this song to hear where they got the idea from. Don't get me wrong though - this is a real monster of a performance. I love it.

At the Cardiff International Arena (CIA) in Cardiff, Wales, UK. I would think the show must have been around 1998 or 1999? I can't remember now. A great night though! Two drummers: Arun Ahmun and Henry Spinetti. Geraint Watkins on keyboards and accordion, Mickey Gee, Andy Fairweather Lowe, Dave Edmunds on geetars and Pino Paladino on bass (now with the Who and John Meyer Trio). An all-Wales lin-up!

At the Cardiff International Arena (CIA) in Cardiff, Wales, UK. I would think the show must have been around 1998 or 1999? I can't remember now. A great night though! Two drummers: Arun Ahmun and Henry Spinetti. Geraint Watkins on keyboards and accordion, Mickey Gee, Andy Fairweather Lowe, Dave Edmunds on geetars and Pino Paladino on bass (now with the Who and John Meyer Trio). An all-Wales lin-up!

You spoiled my enjoyment of the video! I was too busy watching for the back of your head! But, boy, it was worth it! Quite possibly the best back of any head I've ever seen! What a track, though, as is Sabre Dance. Get control of your bladder, dude!

This was seriously sweet! I love the feel. however i would have liked to have heard maybe only one or two accordian solos and instead let the guitars have a shot.
