we never suffered any serious injuries in our 4 year history besides a few bumps and bruises.  we got really lucky. i suggest getting trained and working indies if you really want to wrestle, it's just not worth it to be doing hardcore stuff in a backyard fed. but then again, i had fun and i would do it all over again. so just be careful i guess, and look out for each other.
