  • If you want true power then first seek wisdom , without wisdom any power will cause you suffering.

    wisdom gwasshopper ...

ask what is correct in our conduct..........

  • @shaolindude1 TaiChi is very beneficial for the meridians of the body. One particular style ( I forget Woo or Young I am novice just started learning) has the person following those meridians and unblocking energy so it flows better all over ( lungs, intestines, pericardium, etc) Just started learning 42 form and I can say that it also benefits my 3rd eye greatly, even with the little bit I have learned thus far...

  • amazing! magical! graceful! beautiful! I love you! your sister VV

  • I just watch your demo, you are so good, skillful, the "light and thunder" just so beautiful, just so out of the commom run of others. The weather helps the added attraction.

The proper name of the form should be "The 42 Forms - Competition Routine" That is what the exact translation of the Chinese name "42 Si, Jin Sai Tao Lu".

  • You seem to withdraw deep inside yourself, so that the Taiji just flows through you unimpeded. You don't appear to be DOING the form so much as just letting go to the point

where you allow yourself to become a medium of its expression. You exemplify centeredness, stillness in motion. This video is a beautiful example of Tai Chi as 'moving meditation'. Richard, Sydney

  • "The Gold Medal Champion, Angela Hsu, is very talentfull. Her exercise is full of harmony!

People on World should practice more Tai Chi instead of killing another!" J.Wittenberger, Switzerland

  • "Thats an interesting video. Its quite a contrast between the dramatic weather and the smooth and flowing movements of the Tai Chi. I like it". Rod - Adelaide,Australia
