I was unsympathetic because this a'hole was pissing everybody off. If you watch again, you can hear the sarcasm in my voice when I talk him up....lol. He got in a fight with 3 different people that night. Nothing but drama. I hope his lip fell off!

Well of course they went wrong these people did them at home. Please people, go out and spend the money to have the piercing professionally done. I can't tell you how many home piercings I have to fix or take care of in a day. I agree with you man. I hope these dip shits will get their act together.

I'm very against self piercing by untrained people, But in cases of "Hey I'm actually going to become a professional" It's kinda ok in my book. And hopefully not with a button. I would never..ever let someone working out of their house- friend or not put any needles near my body..ever! I will go to the shop and pay a professional... hell I'm even picky about which shop I go to.
I did my snake bites at home. With sharp piercing earrings, I left the earrings in my lip for about 2 days then I put labrets in. It worked perfectly fine hah, but a safety pin is fucking stupid.

So , is this infection that your talking about a 100% Garuntee that your gonna get it , if you have a friend do it , or is it something like a 50:50 chance ?
@punklifee It's a roll of the dice, for sure. The honest to god truth is that unless you try really hard, you're not going to have any life changing harm done. But the point is that with the prevalence of qualified techs available; it's nothing less than moronic to DIY under the circumstances seen in the video that I commented on with this video. The guys were obviously intoxicated, so I get the stupidity, but dealing with all the hassle of infection etc. isn't really worth saving eighty bucks.

And to think he probably went to Hot Topic to get H2Ocean to fix his problem(s), where someone would say (after selling it) "You know this wont do anything for the black stuff coming out of your face, you should go to the doctor." And of course from the start they never listen to any ones advice, well smart people's advice that is, LOL and thought the causes of being a doubled lip pricked (non pierced), smoking, stupid bleeding hick. you become what you were asking for.
In addition to using a dirty pin, MULTIPLE unwashed hands, possibly a closed cbr[from what I could make out] he's smoking during the entire process which means if he even made the attempt to use mouthwash which he probably didn't given the obvious direction of this entire process..he is an ass and that is all lol

I did almost all my own piercings myself other than my tounge. I had no problems because i used sterile hollow needles!!
