  • want to know if you are still in business selling these, I too am a victom of the sd and would like to give it a try, please let me know

    thanks

  • @audradaniels3 I am selling the soap however I have not sold ANY soap in a while as I am homeless and need more space for the soaps to dry. I will do a video as soon as I have my own place again.

  • I was wondering how the testing for the soap went because I am very interested as I have seborrheic dermatitis

  • Ii am wondering too as I suffer also.. Is this for sale?

  • I read that those with Psoriasis are heavily advised to conduct a patch test first before using Shea Butter. Shea helps cell regeneration, something that psoriasis sufferers don't need because psoriasis occurs when cells of the outer layer of skin regenerate too fast for the body to naturally slough off.

  • You are right but shea also imparts moisture and so a light application is not harmful :o)

  • im still interested in the soap but a nutritionist HIGHLY suspects food allergies with my S.D. so if someone is perfectly healthy (no supressed immune system, not hereditary) i HIGHLY suggest cleansing ur body and checking for food allergies!!

  • Scientists have also considered foods you eat as one of the reason people have SD. What your nutritionist suspects is not new news, but should always be considered in dealing with SD :o)

  • You know, it also may be a good idea if you transform your seborrheic dermatitis soap into some liquid, body wash form. I would like to test it.

  • it is definably not NEW news....but i was more informed when i did extensive research on the topic. S.D. may not be curable but it "can" be if for some people...you stop eating the foods that trippger it! :)

  • so now u can have your own business, make lots of money. You should be proud od yourself

  • Can I test your soap?

  • Depends, are you male or female? I have three male testers and 1 female. I am in need of one to two more females as testers :o)

  • I am male but it would be for a female to test. Maybe me too.

  • This channel is fast becoming one of my favorites great work on the soaps they look fab!

  • at 2:30 that looks like a kawala bear...

the soaps are a beautiful honey color!

  • Yeah that color is the carmelization of the milk slightly, I was going to add honey but thought the better of it lol.

  • Hey D, I have a problem with Seborrhea Dermatitis and I would like to try your product. In the meantime, what would you recommend, that i can get from a store or use? I tired everything Thanks..

  • Store bought items are only going to mask the symptoms :o( and any shampoo you buy is going to make it worse. My suggestion right now would be to mix some shea butter with tea tree oil and apply that to affected areas. :o)

  • I bought the shea butter from Agbanga karite and i got 2 of the 1lb jars. How much tea tree oil would i add to the jar? And do I mix with a mixer?

  • Hmmmm, all I have to do is learn how to make soap now ! Lol !!! :P I have never made soap in my life. Soooo, I'm sure thats gonna be alot of fun !!! :D Hmmmmmm, lol !

  • It sure is!! I swear by this book:

The Complete Soapmaker Tips,Techniques & Recipes for Luxurious Handmade Soaps By Norma Coney

Go get it and commit it to memory lol She makes soapmaking very easy. :o)

  • I'v been watching some of your really nice vids. Thank you ! I'v been thinking about trying to make some soap. My hubby has always had skin problems. Nothing has ever seemed to help. We always thought it was acne. However, He also has very dry skin. Soooo, I was thinking of an olive oil soap maybe, all organic. You never know what in your soap thats bought from the store. Thank you so much for the info that you have shared with us. We are trying new things for his skin now. :D

  • I believe that a homemade soap is better than store bought. Store bought soaps are really detergents, like what you wash clothes and dishes with. I refuse to use them anymore. For your husband try making a soap with: olive oil, flaxseed and sweet almond and/or wheatgerm oils. Mainly oils that are saponifiable and moisturizing, and also aid in skin cell regeneration. Some dried flowers in it like calendula and chamomile will help soothe the irritated skin. :o)
