Nope, this "simulation" is only available on the PC

This is because any console would not be able to run this at satisfactory graphics and the console controllers do not have enough buttons to support the 100 different control bindings that the game uses.

There's a game called Operation Flashpoint 2 which is coming out for consoles in not too long, it won't support the extremely large maps that ArmA features, but it will bring some of the realistic gameplay
