ParaPara requires an almost constant movement of the feet, usually just stepping left and right. This has no such thing, so it's more of a dance cut/clip (like the ones Nami Tamaki has) than a ParaPara version.
Where is your brain at? this is NOT a ParaPara. ParaPara requires lots of upper body movements and you step side to side a lot. there for this is not a ParaPara

I agree with you.
The Hinoi team si a PARA PARA/ Euro beat group.
Their music revolves around Para Para.
Para is usually arm movements with simple stepped but not always.
Just like ballet isn't just tip-toeing around and spinning in circles all the time.
