@LILDFOSTER yea bro you can system restore your zune ... it will erase all content though reboot your zune 120 gig i have the same model . PRESS hold back arrow + up on the dpad to reboot . ON the black zune screen press hold back arrow + middle dpad+play/pause ., It will restore your zune . let me know if it helps .

i had that same problem but it started by my sister dropping it in the beach water =( dumb bitch... well anyway it haz gottin worse and worse and now it says that all my songs are missing and the touch pad doesnt even work really it really pisses me off

I went to the zune site, and it is IMPOSSIBLE for you to have a 14GB zune. They only sell 4, 8, 16, 80, and 120 zunes. And what may have happened is your zune got warped. You may have charged it at someone elses house, and they had infected software. I would recommend, getting EACH AND EVERY song , video, pic, podcast, everything, (if you see anything). And wait it out. Or call and see if they can assist you.

@Ktayr Most likely he told the average amount that he actually has. Just because it says "4GB", doesn't make it exact most of the time. Most likely it comes with 3.6 GBs or something, so if he got the 16 GB, it might've been missing 2 GBs.

There is a way to reformat the zune, create a new account, and sync your zune, let it delete the contents and go back to your original account. but you will need to re-add your entire album again.

hey, miszjenny27 you press the back button and the top button of the pad on your zune at the same time, and wait until it starts up, usually takes like 5 seconds.

you did the wrong button combination, for a reset you need to do down and the back button. you did a hard reset that cleaned out everything on it

dont worry that happends to me all u have to do is wait till ur zune dies of battery once it dies charge it again and it will work ohh and when it works dont press the buttons to fast or it will freez again

Ok, so what your gonna want to do is reboot your zune, and while on the loading screen(or right before) Press/hold Play+Back+left all at the same time, and that will clear all content/firmware on the device. Then plug it back into the ocmputer and follow the steps to resync the firmware/content.

i did this and now my zune will say 4 clearing contents and when its switching back to screen 1 that says connect to pc it freezes in the illuminated black screen and if i restart it it goes back to screen four
