  • is soooo goood awesome Deadmau5 2.0

  • wow you killed it

  • Awesome dude!

  • 3:26 can u tell me the trick how 3 or4 layers of sound work perfectly together should they be in different octaves

  • @dzole201 i would like you to rephrase the question :) i really dont know what you want :) sry

  • @tuFFz123 O im sorry .At 3;26 u have like 3 or 4 different layers of sound playing together right? My question is how did u get them work together that good ...cos if i play 3-4 different sounds at one time it gets slushy u know ...in ur song sounds dont interfere one another its just like one unit ...now are those sounds in different octave but the same key and thats why they dont interfere with other sounds or ?

  • @dolcetugs you do realize that deadmau5 primarily uses abbleton live right, he only use fl studio for quick loops, so in a sense this guy had a more authentic sound than any other video I've seen of this in other studios

  • sounds not like deadmau5's original strobe. ableton is fake DAW and you should make this on FL studio . bro !

  • @dolcetugs Dude you dont know what the hell your talking about, most electronic music producers use ableton live as their main DAW, im sure they see fl studio as a whole bunch of kid shit

  • FUCK YOU it's like the original o.O!

  • wow

  • You should upload the files that you used from the original. The kicks and shakers and such. :)

  • JAWDROP. HOW DA HELL...

  • Amazing - exactly the same ! This is amazing, but -no offense- what's the point to waist time to "copy" a song ? make your own one :) but amazing dude, keep going as you want

  • @UserVictorJ Cause its fun! and making your own track is way harder than a remake

  • @tuFFz123 harder work, higher payout

  • Comment removed

  • @tuFFz123 But more rewarding my friend, you got the skills use em! anways, great job

  • @UserVictorJ prove yourself, that you can do the same like dm5, i think :P

  • this is sick.. just started using ableton like 3 days ago, and this seriously makes whatever sort beat i thought was reasonable, look like cat shit. good work man

  • There comes a point when something Is remade so fucking gloriously. You can barely tell the difference.........

  • This is just perfect man!

  • this is so good. make ur own stuff man u'd be great

  • Whats that little shaker clip at 1:03

  • @destrownz732 thats a sample of a shaker :) - i guess its from the original

  • i had to see if strobe was playing on i tunes

  • many have asked the question fl studio or ableton with ableton ur able to make great music like this nice remake bro.

    ; )

  • Dude this is Amazing, you should really produce man I think you would do great.

  • u just need the mau5 headgear to be a deadmau5 clone . man ur awesome ..

  • @MrPablomusic16 if you meant the noise, its just a white-noise sound emulated with nexus. but you can pick every noise generator you have.

  • Hey, I did a remake of this myself. You should check it out. I posted the Reason file and what not too. Good job on the remake!

  • I think @willWILL71 means what .vst plugin you use at 0:26 ;)

  • This is so sick man that's the stuff I like to hear keep it poppin Bro

  • sick remix bro

  • 3:27 I shit my pants

  • what keybord program do you use?

  • @willWILL71 what is a "keybord-program"?

  • @tuFFz123 0:26 that one

  • @tuFFz123 I think he ask's what program you are making your synth sounds with? or am i worng? haha, keyboard-program :D

  • @tuFFz123 i think he means vst haha

  • Mau5 uses ableton

  • So fucking nice! very god job! keep it up

  • wow. fucking impressive. I was bobbing my head the whole time! :D

  • Give us the project or else i have to call FAKE!

  • @popdani go watch the [UPDATE] Version, there ull find a link! :)

  • dude this is perfect!!!!!!!

  • how long does it take for you to remake this?

  • you didn't remake that synth lead did you

  • @TheChippyRick sure. i did... who else? :)

  • @tuFFz123 Did you use Massive?

  • downloadlink of the project? :/

  • @Flippy1565 check the update - there youll find a link!

  • perfect!! :O

  • you were supposed to use Strobe to make Strobe

  • This is amazing, great job!

  • briliant

  • i take my hat off to you sir :)

  • Fucking damn amazing!

  • I know im dumb for not knowing this but.... I usually set my songs out on fl studio in the playlist. what is abletons playlist :) ?

  • Good shit man!

  • MINT!

  • is this how mau5 makes his music?

  • @yore5 except for hes comin up with own ideas :D

  • @tuFFz123 true.

  • @F4tFlyingPigs Yes and no...Mau5 has thousands of dollars worth of analog synthesizers and effects racks which he then records and manipulates digitally...it can all be done on a computer, but he doesn't like to do so. Still, he does use Ableton for his live performances.

  • For House Music - Champion Remix

The0fficialNGB write into url after /

  • what VSTs please? :) this is amazing!

  • wtf man :) you should really do some of your own work. you are really good. respect

  • I was preparing myself to laugh at a terrible copy when I clicked on this, but damn you've done well. You will already know not quite perfect, but close enough to!

  • Amazing. Literally. Fantastic, better than the real one! :D

    tutorial plz :)

  • really really good

  • thats really good! seriously man. If u can recreate this your more than cabable of makin your own tunes ;)

  • Wow pretty much perfect..

  • if you can come this close to sounding like deadmau5....you should definitely try making your own stuff...

  • @mybandrocks unfortunately copying n stuff is sooo much different from doing own music... so it might take years to produce something good. :(

  • @tuFFz123 hey im starting to get into this producing type thing....or at least trying, ive already got a pretty ok base trying to dj so i know about music many genres of house ranging from original chicago house to today's electro i know some drum and bass and jungle and dubstep well.....im tryin to like it cuz of the dj thing but i cant get into it...anyways will u pleaz direct as to how to start and how to practice??

  • @tuFFz123 Then take the years!

  • This is amazing, it's so close to the actual version.

  • @ballickmoyler well you heard it can :)

  • @tuFFz123 ohhh yeah and it seems like for the notes a piano would come in real handy or at least learning how to play one cuz it seems like there's a lot of piano

  • @ballickmoyler some of the greatest music known to man was made on a computer my friend

  • @belkinp2 my first reaction to your comment was laughter. however as i have an open mind, please give an example of this 'greatest music known to man' that was made on a computer.

  • Comment removed

  • @ballickmoyler its not just computer asswipe real instruments are used for this too its just that it is synthesized

  • @ballickmoyler then how the hell do you think deadmau5 makes music???

  • @Yakuzawr of course the end result is still sounds. i'm talking about the creative process. i figure if i explained you wouldnt get it anyway so....

  • @ballickmoyler there is a creative process. the computer is the instrument here

  • @ballickmoyler Um.. All music today is pretty much "made" on a computer. Its recorded, and then put into some sort of music editting software and then the final product is exported as an MP3 or whatever.

  • @ballickmoyler you're a douche

  • @jakewillreign i guess your some kind of creative music genius. well done. bill gates would be proud.

  • @ballickmoyler Right because the creator of Microsoft is relevant to electronic music? But thanks I guess. Maybe someone will be proud of you someday :D

  • @jakewillreign for me, music has no owners, only messengers. you guys get a kick out of pressing buttons on your computer and it making a noise. you do not realise you are just like a monkey pressing buttons in the right order. but whatever floats your boat, keeps you off the streets, its all good.

  • @ballickmoyler I'll give you all of these buttons to press and you won't even know what to do with them.

  • @bloodfromthedevil Why don't you guys get married to your computer. or have sex with it or something. computers were not made to make music. get out and learn an instrument. you might even meet a girl. or maybe that's too scary a prospect for you geeks.

  • @ballickmoyler dude, i thought i would not participate in this discussion but i tell you what. i play 4-5 instruments, 1 of them since i was 4 (now im 24) and i have a girlfriend for like 6 years, im not married to my computer and i have a vid on youtube with musical content which obviously seems to be liked by the people. now tell me whats your point?

  • @ballickmoyler Obviously you aren't too heavy into the music scene, because if you were, you would learn that these people are the people who record your band and make your shitty songs actually sound good. Music producers make more than you just by sitting behind a computer and making tracks like this. Learn to be open minded, douche.

  • @carlresmondo My point was, real music cannot be 'produced' on a PC. To me, a music producer is a composer and a musician. Pushing buttons on a computer to make electronic noises is hardly serious music talent. I was a sound engineer for a few years so you could say I know what I'm talking about... You realize you asked me to have an open mind and then called me a douche? kind of ironic no?

  • @ballickmoyler I guarantee you that your favorite bands are all recorded through a DAW of some sort using VSTs to make them sound better. Calling you a douche and saying you should be open minded is not ironic. I called you a douche because you have the incapacity to be open minded. There's probably a good reason why you are not a sound engineer anymore.

  • absolutly awesome! sonds like the original... good job!!!!

  • holy ballsack o.0

    Nice job mate:D

  • Absolutly epic mate... 10/10 bar for bar perfect!

    Thomas Michel

  • Great try but just a few instrument problems- I'm a mau5 nerd :P almost as epic as the guy who made it in GarageBand :D

  • U should upload the File, to help people learn a bit! =]

    Great Remake!

  • @Neymuzic check the update of this video. there u'll find a file!

  • is that sidechain compression or just volume up n down?

  • @joshuaras1 what do you mean? but i never use "volume up and down" - so it might be sidechain compression

  • @tuFFz123 HEy do you just use the drums provided by ableton or use the ones in vst's/ elsewhere?

  • @nicsevern he said the drums where deadmou5 files. probably the Xfer package or hes using nerve

  • @DenemChikn aah cool thanks!

  • @DenemChikn drums are from the original isolated with some filters n stuff. so no xfer nor nerve :P

  • Wow.

  • is that minimosta synth included in Live?

  • you need to be producing your own shit and make it big!

  • holy shit that was awesome!

  • dayummm

  • Siiiiiick :)

  • Sick bro!

  • what's that plugin name you show @ 0:28

  • Does Deadmau5 make his music with Ableton?

  • @BasR95 he does it with many Programs. Ableton Reason and others. But i think Ableton is his "main" program where it all comes together.

  • @BasR95 he uses FL studio for his main synths and puts it all into ableton

  • hi @tuFFz123 great job on the track. are you interested in co-creating original tracks? i have alot of material and i'm excited to work with other producers. plz contact me glenn at adhk dot org

  • @SIRjackLNDN dont reeally know what u mean, but if a sound in this video is not from the original, its VST or from the Xfer-Records Sample CD
