saudi arabia does not have any earth quakes. imaam nanawi and ibn hajr askalani were hadeeth scholars that had more knowledge than this dog tahir ul qadri. both imaam nanawi and ibn hajr askalani say that najd is iraq. najd means elevated ground. najd will also have a lot of earthquakes which are common in iraq but not in saudi arabia. moreover, all the deviant sects from shiasm over khawarj to sufism came from iraq.
Imam Nawawi (died 1278) said that these hadith refer to the Dajjal coming from the east. Furthermore, it is shown in Najd Qarnu ash-Shaytaan that there are thirteen places that have been labeled as najd depending a lot on one's own location, and from Medina, najd would be Iraq ----Al Minhaj bi Sharh Sahih Muslim 2/29
