Second, Polygon use in games is what affects frame rate and detail, bump mapping makes it so it uses less polygons making the detail better while keeping frame rate high also. Plus the PC model of course won't be in HD so if you think it will be more detailed, think again.

pc games have had higher res than 720p for nearly a decade... my monitor alone can display more than twice the detail that a 1080p picture carries. Polygons, particle effect, and excessive texturing will all slow the frame rate.. also a true bump map will use more poly's than a flat surface with lighting that isn't done in real time..
