i love mac right, but this thing had a shit signal without a booster plugged into the back, i had to be in the same room and cant be upstairs or my macbook wouldn't find it :/
@laurencefrazer hell, as slow and limited as 802.11b was, it sure beat sitting in front of a desk with your brand new pismo plugged into a phone line.
Don't forget, this was designed to fit in with the G3 iMac, the G3 iMac and the G3/4 Powermacs and iBooks. These all were very cylindrical and rounded, unlike the squarer machines of today.
