i have this phone and had had it for the past 17 months, my contracts ends in 1 month, i cant wait to get rid of the cookie, it is the work phone i have ever had, it is soo lagging, when i got up too 300 messages in my inbox and outbox my phone turns off when ever i try to send a text, the camera is poor quality and the touch screen is awful.

I have this phone and I hate it. It reacts too slow for me (if ever). Especially when I'm writing SMS. It's so slow and laborious. I hope my next touchscreen mobile will be better. If not, I buy one with keys, so I can type sms blind in seconds again.

It is so slow and because I text extremely quickly it always lags.. and when I realise that I have typed something wrong going back to that exact place where the mistake is is unbelievably ANNOYING. And the full keyboard version is SO ANNOYING- the keys are way too small. Mines also suddenly shuts down by itself... and it is soooo laggy. Everyone, don't get this phone.

MP3 doesn't ask to play music when the sound is turned out, sometimes the screen turns blue and you have to take out your accu to be able to do anything again. It automatically turns off at least 3 times a day, and it's laggy as hell.
